This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines how Century Real Estate Holdings Private Limited ("Company") provides concierge services ("Services") under the label ‘Gatsby - The Concierge’ to customers ("Customers") who have booked either an Apartment or Plot in one of the Company’s projects and reside in Bangalore ("Service Area"). The Services may also be extended to “Tenants” who might be staying in the Apartments owned by Customers in the Service Area. The Customers and Tenants may collectively be called “Residents” from hereon. The Company is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of Resident’s personal information. By availing the Services, Residents agree to the terms and practices described in this Policy.

The Company may collect personal information from Residents, including but not limited to names, contact details (such as phone numbers and email addresses), residential addresses, and any other information voluntarily provided by the Residents and as may be necessary for the successful execution of the Services.

    1. The Company collects and uses Resident’s personal information for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, including, but not limited to:
      1. Facilitating service requests and executing requested services.
      2. Communicating with Residents regarding service updates, inquiries, or other relevant information.
      3. Customizing and enhancing the Services to better meet Resident’s preferences and needs.
      4. Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and resolving any disputes or concerns.
    2. The Company may also use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical or analytical purposes to improve the quality of the Services.

    1. The Company may share Resident’s personal information with third-party service providers, contractors, or agents who assist in delivering the Services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection agreements.
